As the Delhi Capitals (DC) and Gujarat Titans (GT) gear up for their IPL 2026 clash at Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi, on Wednesday, April 8, the Delhi Metro revised its train timings for a “smooth and hassle-free travel” for the cricket lovers.
In a social media post, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) said, “Delhi Metro has extended last train timings on all lines for IPL match at Arun Jaitley Stadium on 8th April 2026, ensuring smooth and hassle-free travel for all cricket lovers heading home after the game.”
Most routes of the Delhi metro will operate past midnight to ensure safe and convenient late-night travel, and to reduce dependency on road transport, avoiding congestion.
