US-Iran War Updates: Iran has sent a new 14-point peace proposal to the United States of America via Pakistan in response to the nine-point framework proposed by Donald Trump’s administration to end the war in West Asia.

Iran has demanded that the US end the war on all fronts, including Lebanon, lift the naval blockade, withdraw forces, and establish a new governing mechanism for the Strait of Hormuz, a key shipping route through which 20% of global oil and 20% of LNG passes, as reported by Iranian media outlets.

Among other demands in the 14-point plan are the lifting of sanctions on Iran, the release of Iranian frozen assets, and compensation.

Iran countered Washington’s plans for a two-month ceasefire and pushed for a 30-day timeline to resolve all issues.
