Iran vows major retaliatory strike under Operation Crushing Revenge after IRGC intelligence chief Majid Khademi is killed in a US Israel attack, calling it terrorism.

Hours after intelligence chief of Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Major General Majid Khademi, was killed in a US-Israel attack, Iran has vowed to take revenge.
“The malicious and desperate enemy should know that a major retaliatory strike by the IRGC Intelligence Organisation, under Operation ‘Crushing Revenge,’ awaits the planners and perpetrators of this crime," AFP quoted Khademi’s agency said in a statement on the Guards’ official site Sepah News.
“Major General Majid Khademi, the powerful and educated head of the Intelligence Organisation of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), was martyred in the criminal terrorist attack by the American-Zionist enemy… at dawn today," said IRGC in a post on their Telegram channel.
According to Iranian state-linked reports, Khademi was killed in what the IRGC described as a strike by the “American-Zionist enemy".
