NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, on Monday shared an update that it is looking at how ‘Russians and Chinese can be prevented in getting more access to the Arctic region.’ While making the announcement, Rutte boldly claimed that “anyone who thinks Europe can defend itself without US should 'keep on dreaming'.”
“Second workstream is between Denmark, Greenland and the US which is up to them to ‘continue discussions," the NATO head said.
