Laura Ingraham received an on-air correction from her own team ― and mockery and criticism on social media ― after mixing up Black female rappers during a Fox News segment.

Ingraham was speaking on Wednesday with Sen. Bernie Moreno (R-Ohio) about Donald Trump’s infant savings account initiative when she referenced the appearance of hip hop star Nicki Minaj at the event.

Minaj expressed her support for Trump, declared herself his “number one fan,” and accused critics of “bullying” the president.

Ingraham: Nicki Minaj and Donald Trump—conservatives, including myself, were disgusted by lyrics in some of her songs over the years. WAP—I won’t say what that stands for. pic.twitter.com/BfoR9Szee3

Ingraham said of the “Anaconda” singer: “Nicki Minaj and Donald Trump. Now conservatives, including myself, were beyond disgusted by lyrics in some of her songs over the years.”

″‘WAP,’ I won’t say what that stands for,” she continued.

At that point, Ingraham paused, appearing to receive a correction through her earpiece.

“That’s Cardi B. Oh, that’s how bad I am. That’s Cardi B. Thank you, Sam,” she said, as Moreno laughed at the error.

Of course, the 2020 hit “WAP” was performed by Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion — not Minaj.

And critics on X let her know about it:

Bro that’s not even the same person 💔

Who watches this slop

Confusing Nicki and Cardi is crazy. But to them we all lookalike

Of all the possible reactions to Nicki Minaj joining the president at the White House today, confusing her with Megan Thee Stallion or Cardi B is probably the one that would make her the most angry! https://t.co/VPh2JaL2nb

WAP was recorded by Cardi B featuring Megan Thee Stallion, not MAGA Minaj.

NICKI MINAJ IS NOT THE ARTIST THAT SUNG WAP. I DONT SEE WHY CONSERVATIVE PLATFORMS KEEP GETTING THIS WRONG. AGAIN, THE SONG WAP IS NOT SUNG NOR RAPPED BY NICKI MINAJ @FoxNews
