Before she became known worldwide for her extreme cosmetic enhancements, Bulgarian influencer Andrea Ivanova was a brunette nursing assistant with soft features and a natural smile. Now, her jaw-dropping transformation- including what she claims are the “world’s biggest lips"- ignited a fresh wave of internet frenzy as before-and-after photos of the 28-year-old were widely shared on social media.

Andrea Ivanova, who has spent over $27,000 (approximately ₹22.5 lakh) on cosmetic procedures, has gone far beyond lip fillers. She’s had hyaluronic acid injections in her chin, jawline and cheekbones, as well as a 600cc breast augmentation, all in pursuit of what she describes as “exaggerated beauty."

“I like exaggerated things like huge lips, a face with many fillers, heavy and eccentric make-up," Andrea Ivanova said. Her radical aesthetic- platinum-blonde hair, bleached eyebrows, oversized lips and doll-like lashes- has now become her signature. But recent side-by-side images showing Andrea Ivanova’s natural look from years ago stunned the internet with many users shocked by how dramatically she has changed.

“I don’t like boring ordinary appearances," Andrea Ivanova explained, adding, “Natural beauty is boring to me, so I decided to change my appearance radically."

Despite facing pushback from medical professionals- some of whom have reportedly refused to giver her further lip injections- Andrea Ivanova remains committed to her aesthetic vision. She said, “My friends have no qualms about going out with me, despite my huge lips and they accept me for who I am. They are used to looking at me now with big lips, so are no longer impressed by it all."

Although she said that not everyone in her circle is supportive. Andrea Ivanova said, “My parents and grandparents constantly tell me my lips are huge and that I look scary to them. I don’t pay attention to their words. I’m an adult, I decide what to do with my body."
