'No White Person In Sight': Australian Man Says 'Indians Taking Over' Local Parks

An Australian man voiced concern over Klemzig Recreation Reserve being filled with Indians, sparking debate on multiculturalism amid rising racial incidents.

An Australian man has expressed shock over a local park being “taken over" by Indian immigrants and he was the only White Australian.

A video went viral on social media wherein he mentioned about his recent visit to the Klemzig Recreation Reserve in Klemzig at dusk showing swarms of Indians.

The Noticer quoted him saying that the experience made him worried for the future of his children.

“There was not a White person in sight, and over 200 Indians. This is not what the Anzacs fought for. This is not diversity, this is not multiculturalism, this is simply a takeover in real time, a war with no bullets," he said.

He further said that he was being stared at in the park as if he didn’t belong and even saw a, Aussie father and daughter turn back after seeing crowds of foreigners.

The incident follows a row involving One Nation party official Bianca Colecchia, who was criticised by ABC News over a New Year’s Eve video filmed in Melbourne in which she asked viewers to “spot the Westerner".

She wrote: “It doesn’t look like a Western nation at all right? Yet, this is the reality of Melbourne CBD on New Year’s Eve."

“This is an issue. Because no matter how individually they might all be good people, collectively, as a nation, it is a problem, one that erodes cultural identity and social cohesion," she added, calling multiculturalism a “failed concept".

Last year in July, an Indian student Charanpreet Singh became a victim of racial attack in Adelaide.

Singh, 23, was out with his wife on Saturday, July 19, when the attack occurred at around 9:22 pm near Kintore Avenue. The couple had just parked their car to see the city’s light displays when they were allegedly ambushed by a group of five men. According to reports, the attackers were armed with what appeared to be metal knuckles or sharp objects and launched the assault without warning.

During the attack, they allegedly hurled racial slurs, shouting “F**k off, Indian" before fleeing the scene. Singh was left unconscious on the road, sustaining serious injuries, including facial fractures and brain trauma, reported The Australia Today.

From 2008 to 2025, around 200 racial attacks were reported against Indians in Australia. Of the total, 150+ were reported in the 2008-2010 period, which led to major diplomatic outrage. Only 23 of the 150+ were officially stated to be racially motivated.
