Realme has launched the Realme 16 in India with a 120Hz AMOLED display, 7,000mAh battery, and MediaTek Dimensity 6400 Turbo processor. The phone is at ₹31,999 and it will be available from April 5

The phone comes in the sub- ₹40,000 category and will go head to head against the likes of Nothing Phone 4a, OnePlus Nord 6, and Samsung Galaxy A37.
Realme 16 price and availability:
The Realme 16 is priced at ₹31,999 for the 8GB RAM/128GB storage model, while the top-end 12GB RAM/256GB storage variant costs ₹36,999.
Realme says the phone is available for pre-order starting today and will be available to buy from 5 April. The new Realme device is available in Air White and Air Black colour options.
Realme 16 specifications:
The Realme 16 features a 6.57-inch FHD+ flexible AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 4,200 nits of peak brightness. The screen supports a 240Hz touch sampling rate and 10-bit colour depth. The front display is protected by DT Star D+ cover glass.
On the performance front, the phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 Turbo processor paired with the Mali G57 MC2 GPU. It offers up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. The storage can be expanded using a microSD card.
The Realme 16 comes with a dual rear camera setup housing a 50MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture (no OIS) and a 2MP monochrome sensor. For selfies and video calls, the front of the device houses a 50MP shooter. Both the front and rear cameras support 1080p video recording at up to 60fps, as well as dual-view and time-lapse video shooting modes.
The phone runs on the realme UI 7.0 UI based on Android 16 . The Realme 16 packs a 7,000mAh battery and comes with support for 60W fast charging.
The Realme 16 weighs 183 grams and includes an in-display optical fingerprint sensor on the front for unlocking the device. On the connectivity front, it comes with support for multiple 5G bands, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, and an infrared remote control.
