A wide range of energy infrastructure, shipping assets, and limited civilian sites have been hit in the ongoing US-Israel strikes on Iran, according to conflict mapping data compiled by Kpler. A separate report by AFP also outlines the status of key energy sites under attack.
The strikes span petrochemical hubs, LNG facilities, oil processing sites, and commercial vessels across Iran and the wider Gulf region, pointing to a dual focus on energy supply chains and maritime movement.
Before the start of a fragile, two-week truce between Iran and the United States, the Islamic republic had targeted critical energy infrastructure belonging to its oil-rich neighbours after Israel and the US struck civilian, infrastructure, and military sites.
