Russian President Putin's alleged secret daughter has taken to social media to express her views, stating that her "life was destroyed".

Russian President Vladimir Putin’s alleged secret daughter, in a cryptic post, has condemned the man who “destroyed" her and “took millions of lives". Her social media post was seen as an apparent reference to her father.

Elizaveta Krivonogikh, a 22-year-old art school graduate, currently living in Paris, shared the messages on her private Telegram, The New York Post reported.

“It’s liberating to be able to show my face to the world again," she wrote, Bild reported.

“It reminds me of who I am and who destroyed my life," Krivonogikh added, however, she did not explicitly name Putin in her post. She has also never denied the theories relating to her true parentage.

She was born in 2003 as a result of a suspected affair between Putin and his then-housekeeper, Svetlana, The New York Post reported.

The revelation was made after an investigation by Russian media outlet Proekt in 2020, which cited her “phenomenal resemblance" to the President. His name is not there on her birth certificate; however, “Vladimirovna" was included, which translates to “daughter of Vladimir", the report said.

In 2021, the late journalist and Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny revealed Krivonogikh’s Instagram account, which showed her lavish lifestyle and her family’s enormous wealth — something many believe is linked to the Russian President.

At first, Krivonogikh enjoyed the public attention, but after Russia launched its military operation in Ukraine in 2022, her Instagram was suddenly deleted, and she stepped away from the spotlight. She has since returned to social media, though more cautiously, often hiding her face in photos at the beginning.
