Supreme Court rejects Prashant Kishor-led Jan Suraaj Party's plea to set aside 2025 Bihar assembly elections

The Supreme Court on Friday declined to consider a plea from the Prashant Kishor-led Jan Suraaj Party regarding the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections, stating it cannot annul the entire election at the request of a political party, PTI reported.

SC said it cannot issue an omnibus direction to set aside entire Bihar Assembly election, that too at instance of political party, PTI reported.

SC further asked Prashant Kishor-led Jan Suraaj Party to move the Patna High Court with its grievances.
