US President Donald Trump said he may attend the Supreme Court on Wednesday when it hears arguments on his executive order seeking to end birthright citizenship.
If he does, Trump would become the first sitting US president to attend oral arguments at the court.
“I’m going. I think so. I do believe," Trump told reporters on Tuesday.
Trump had made a similar claim in October last year, saying he would attend Supreme Court arguments in the Liberation Day tariffs case, but later backed out.
