In his post on X (formerly Twitter), Cam Higby wrote, “A mother posted on TikTok that she’s playing “gay" music next to her baby bump, hoping that it will make her son gay. The entire comment section is FLOODED with to-be mothers and mothers sharing techniques they used or are using to make their own kids gay. This is DISGUSTING."

The post was shared on April 24 and has crossed 1.6 million views. It features a video of a pregnant woman standing in her kitchen, playing music close to her belly. The track playing is Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Midnight) by Swedish group ABBA. The text on the video reads, “POV you’re pregnant with a boy and gotta make sure he turns out a little gay."

Alongside this, there are screenshots of comments from other users. Some mention their own children or talk about music choices, while others share personal thoughts.
