Indian citizens arriving in New Delhi from Dubai recounted the panic and horror that gripped West Asia following the Iranian attacks on Gulf nations.
Air India welcomed passengers and crew arriving from Dubai at Indira Gandhi International Airport, marking the first international arrival by an Indian carrier into the capital on Tuesday.
“… I was stuck in Dubai since the 25th February… We were completely confined to our rooms for three days… All the major things were kept completely closed for two-three days… I have just one request to the Indian government, that maximum flights should be sent there so that people can get out…" a passenger, who arrived at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport, told news agency ANI.
