US President Donald Trump posted a series of AI-generated images depicting dramatic fictional military strikes against Iran, as tensions over a fragile West Asia ceasefire continue to rise and diplomatic efforts appear increasingly strained. The images were shared on Trump’s Donald Truth Social account and appear to show imagined combat scenarios involving US forces targeting Iranian military assets.

While clearly digitally created, the posts arrive as Washington and Tehran are locked in a tense standoff over stalled negotiations and renewed threats of escalation.

What About Iran-US Ceasefire Talks

The AI posts come as Donald Trump himself has warned that the current ceasefire- which has largely paused fighting in the Gulf for over a month- is increasingly fragile. Donald Trump said that the truce was “on massive life support," suggesting it may not survive without major breakthroughs in negotiations.

“The ceasefire is on massive life support, where the doctor walks in and says, ‘Sir, your loved one has approximately a one per cent chance of living,’" he said. He also described Iran’s latest diplomatic response as “totally unacceptable," insisting that the United States would ultimately achieve “complete victory" over Tehran.
