Executive Director Lorna Hajdini faces a bombshell lawsuit alleging she used date-rape drugs and career threats to abuse a junior male colleague.

‘My Little Brown Boy’: Who Is Lorna Hajdini, JPMorgan Exec Sued For Drugging And Assaulting A Junior Colleague?
The corporate facade of Wall Street has been rocked by a lawsuit that hits home for many employees around the world. At the center of the storm is Lorna Hajdini, an Executive Director at JPMorgan, who stands accused of a disturbing pattern of sexual assault, racial taunting, and the use of “date-rape" drugs against a junior colleague.
The lawsuit, filed in the New York County Supreme Court, paints a harrowing picture of what happens when power is weaponised in the high-stakes world of finance.
Who Is Lorna Hajdini?
Until this week, Hajdini was seen as a rising star within the American banking giant. Her professional pedigree was impeccable. She was a graduate of NYU’s Stern School of Business with further executive education from Harvard Business School. She joined JPMorgan as an analyst in 2011, climbing to Vice President of Leveraged Finance by 2018, and eventually reaching Executive Director in 2021. Her profile painted a picture of a sophisticated professional. She was also a certified wine connoisseur with accolades from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
The Allegations: ‘I Fking Own You’
The plaintiff, an Asian male referred to as John Doe, claims the nightmare began in the spring of 2024. What started as inappropriate physical contact, Hajdini allegedly rubbing his leg and making graphic sexual remarks, quickly escalated into a campaign of terror.
According to the filing, the abuse included:
- Drugging & Assault: Doe alleges that Hajdini admitted to using date-rape drugs on him and performing sexual acts against his will. In one instance, she reportedly berated him for crying during the assault.
- Racial Fetishisation: The lawsuit highlights a pattern of racial abuse, with Hajdini allegedly calling him “my little brown boy" while propositioning him.
- Career Threats: When Doe resisted her advances, Hajdini allegedly told him, “If you don’t fk me soon, I’m going to ruin you… never forget, I fking own you."
The lawsuit doesn’t just target Hajdini; it aims JPMorgan’s corporate culture. John Doe claims that when he reported the abuse internally, the firm didn’t protect him—they retaliated. Doe alleges he received anonymous, threatening phone calls warning him to stay silent, including one caller who said, “Just wait ‘till you’re back in New York, Brown boy." Despite these claims, JPMorgan has distanced itself from the scandal.
While Hajdini remains silent, the toll on the victim has been severe. His legal team reports that he is suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and has been unable to find work in the industry due to a tarnished reputation.
